Order items statistics
Description
Order items can be searched for and evaluated via various filters using the order item statistics. Thus, all items that a customer has ordered or all items that have been delivered but not invoiced can be displayed.

Sales statistics
The following evaluations can be carried out via the sales statistics on the basis of the order items:
- Turnover by article
- Delivery date overruns
- Delivered but not yet invoiced items
Column Description Pos.value The item value is the price of the item multiplied by the quantity corrected for discounts granted on the order item. Value of goods The value of goods is calculated from the net value of the order item itself. This value is then corrected for differences that result, for example, from a fixed total of the order and for granted discounts/surcharges on the order header.
Control of the delivery date
The evaluation "Control of the provision date" is an instrument for the order processor to control the further processing of orders on the level of order items and thus to guarantee a delivery on schedule or to be able to inform customers in time about a postponement of the delivery date.
1. search of order items
The first step is to set the statistics mode "Check delivery date". This selection automatically limits the search to the order items that have not yet been delivered. By selecting the corresponding statuses, it is also possible to filter the items not yet ready for dispatch.
Next, filtering according to the date of provision (" - today" or " - 1.1.2009") is recommended. This means that uncritical order items - since they are to be delivered far in the future - are not shown in the list. Items which do not yet have a delivery date are also displayed in the list.
Further filtering by clerk, order type, individual customer or cost centre is possible.
2. evaluation of the search results
The following columns in the list are available for evaluation:
Column Description Part By means of the part number you can see whether it is a variant part (number is shown in red ) or whether the part could be broken down into a subpart (number is shown in green ). Sales release About the symbols and
it is displayed whether the sales approval has already been given.
Technical release About the symbols Date of provision Shows on which date the goods should/should be made available. Delivery date Shows on which date the goods should/should be delivered. Dispo status Displays the disposition status of the item Type of provision The type of provision (disposition, stock management, ...) and the logistics indicator (purchased part, production part) are displayed here. Warnings The following warnings/notes can be displayed here: "ATTENTION - Missing storage space!"
The part of the item is a stock-keeping part but has not been assigned to a main storage bin."ATTENTION - Order missing"
The part of the item is a purchased part, the item has also been technically released, but no order has been created yet."ATTENTION - Delivery date order is behind the date of availability".

The part of the item is a production part, the item has also been technically released, but no production order has been created yet.Last receipt For purchased parts, the last document of the document history of the order item is displayed here. This allows you to see whether the requisition, purchase order or goods receipt etc. has already been made. Shortage The column "Out of stock" indicates that the goods are currently not in stock or in insufficient quantity.
Controlling
The evaluation "Controlling" is an instrument for the project manager who has to observe the development status of the target2 costs against the planned/actual Koten. This type of evaluation makes it possible to filter according to deviation thresholds in percentage or value terms. This means that if the option is set accordingly, only those order items are displayed which have a deviation greater than or equal to the deviation values entered.
The controlling list creation with entered threshold values depending on the selected restriction criteria can take a long time. Therefore, it is possible for this type of evaluation to be outsourced to a night run. The next morning, the result can be found again in your saved lists.
